Stepsmith is selectively open to partnerships that deepen our reach in Detroit, Cleveland, and St. Louis. We hear from three kinds of partners:

• Investors — community development financial institutions, impact funds, and family offices aligned with New Markets Tax Credit and revenue-based lending structures.
• Buyers — anchor institutions, property managers, general contractors, and municipalities that want to contract with Stepsmith-credentialed trade employers in their market.
• Partners — workforce organizations, trade schools, industry associations, and mission-aligned operators interested in the apprenticeship pipeline or co-delivery.
